HokuApps Raising the Bar in Early-age Children’s Education for Busy Bees Asia

Busy Bees Asia, a UK based childhood services provider, which touches the lives of over 7000 students annually, overcame hurdles of inaccurate analytics by automating their assessment process. Facing challenges in their manual assessment procedures such as retaining data or running reports for a comprehensive mentoring system, they shook hands with HokuApps, a Singapore based digital transformer for organizations. HokuApps helped BusyBees launch their state-of-the-art mentoring assessment mobile application “BeeMentor” which is accessible across platforms for IOS and Android users and can be easily downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Busy Bees being the largest and most comprehensive childcare services provider in the UK with almost 400 nurseries has expanded internationally. It is managing 10 early childhood brands in China, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. Schools under Busy Bees like Brighton Montessori, The Odyssey and Pat’s Schoolhouse rank amongst the top preschools in Singapore. During these expansions, Busy Bees realized the need for digitizing the manual assessment process in order to provide real-time reporting and also to maintain transparency between different stakeholders like mentors, mentees and school faculty.
